Shipping
Shipping within Italy is always free.
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping service.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey.
International orders
Depending on the destination country, customs duties, import taxes or carrier handling fees may apply according to local regulations.
Duties and taxes are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country, while any handling or clearance fees may be charged separately by the shipping carrier.
Where applicable, payment requests or further instructions will be communicated directly by the courier according to the procedures in force in the destination country.
Customers in the United States
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties and carrier processing fees.
Based on current regulations, customs duties for our guitar straps are generally estimated at approximately 15% of the declared merchandise value. This is an estimate only: tariff rates and customs procedures may change, and any carrier clearance or processing fees are calculated separately.
We mainly ship US orders with UPS. When import charges are due, UPS usually allows eligible shipments to be paid online through the tracking page before delivery. Paying online may avoid the additional fee charged for payment upon delivery.
